Knowledge transfer

The age and classification structure of the company's employees is extremely favorable, which enables the formation of audit teams with an optimal structure. Almost half of the total number of employed auditors are employees in managerial positions (20 certified auditors), and the organization of work is such that they regularly take part in team work in the field.
When delegating work, it is avoided that young people always receive the same audit tasks and simply fill in the form without information about the essence of the work they do, which is otherwise a common case. In this way, a much faster transfer of knowledge to younger staff is achieved and it enables them to acquire much broader knowledge in the first years of their career compared to their colleagues in the largest audit firms.
