Jelena is a Deputy director of Moore Stephens Serbia and Partner in our Department for Public sector. She is a Licensed Certified Auditor. Since the beginning of her career, she has been working in our company, and during her 21-year professional career she has been engaged in auditing and consulting activities related to numerous projects funded by eminent foreign and domestic donors, such as EU, UN organizations, numerous countries or their embassies. These tasks required professional cooperation with different types of entities from the public and non-governmental sector, which implemented donor projects, such as ministries, agencies, municipalities, institutes, faculties, foundations, non-governmental organizations, etc.

Extensive experience gained in working on these projects allows her to help clients better understand and properly apply the specific donor’s requirements defined in the project documents, in relation to financial reporting, as well as their proper application in the context of domestic legislation relevant to the client's business.
