The employment policy in the company is to employ graduates of reference faculties, with the advantage in the audit department being given to candidates from the faculties of economics, financial and accounting departments. Selected candidates usually take a number of tests: psychological, general information, language skills, use of excel, ... but not a knowledge test, because we believe that your professors have already done it (which is why a higher grade point average and a shorter study period are especially valued ). Only at the end of the internship, it is obligatory to take a knowledge test in the form of an internship exam, which, with positive evaluations of work and behavior by superiors, is a condition for establishing a permanent employment relationship and career advancement.
